With over 14 years of hands-on experience in the CNC machine tool industry, I've built my career around a simple principle: take pride in your work, stand behind what you do, and never stop improving your craft. The majority of my career has been dedicated to servicing and supporting DMG MORI machine tools, working extensively with some of the most sophisticated and technologically advanced equipment in the manufacturing industry. Through years of field service experience, I've developed a deep understanding of complex CNC systems, specializing in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, precision alignments, machine geometry, spindle and turret repairs, and comprehensive machine diagnostics. My experience has taken me into manufacturing facilities across the country, where I've had the opportunity to work alongside talented engineers, technicians, and machinists. Those experiences have taught me that technical knowledge is only part of what makes a great service technician. Accountability, communication, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to the customer are just as important. I founded Mac Machine with a vision of bringing a more personal, dependable approach to CNC machine tool service. I wanted to create a company where customers receive the same level of dedication and professionalism regardless of the size or complexity of the job.
